three builders · the output of thirty

We build businessesthat run themselves.today.

We design, ship, and automate — from a landing page in a week to a business that runs itself. And we run what we sell: the products below are ours, live and unattended.

Three people. The output of thirty.

Small is the feature. You talk directly to the people who design, build, and run your system — no account managers, no hand-offs, no telephone game. AI does the heavy lifting; we do the thinking.

  • Design + build
  • Copy that converts
  • CMS you can run
  • Live in 1–2 weeks
02

Automate

Content engines & pipelines.
+

Publishing pipelines, AI media generation, data and document processing, reporting. The repetitive work that eats your week — handed to a machine that never sleeps.

Autonomous

A business that runs itself.
+

Full AI operations: agents that research, create, publish, measure, and improve — 24/7, on your own infrastructure. You own the system; it works while you don't.

What we can build

Somebody needs a website. Somebody needs a database. Somebody needs the whole thing to run itself.

Simple or gnarly, small or industrial — if it's repetitive, buildable or boring, we've usually built a version of it already. For ourselves first.

Websites & e-shops

Fast, conversion-focused sites on a stack you can keep — with a CMS your team actually enjoys updating.

brief → design → live in 1–2 weeks

Internal tools & databases

CRMs, registries, inventory, admin panels — the spreadsheet that outgrew itself, rebuilt as a real system.

spreadsheet chaos → structured DB → admin panel

Integrations & APIs

Your systems, finally talking to each other. REST, webhooks, MCP servers so even AI agents can drive them.

system A → glue → system B

Scraping & data pipelines

Public or internal data harvested, cleaned and refreshed on a schedule — served as an API, a feed or a dashboard.

source → parse → clean → refresh every 6h

Content engines

Articles, reels, newsletters produced end-to-end. Our own runs daily — research to publish, unattended.

research → write → design → publish

Social publishing systems

One calendar, every platform. Scheduling, analytics and AI captions across 14+ networks — via our own imaketoday.

one calendar → 14+ platforms

AI agents & autonomous ops

Multi-agent systems that research, draft, publish and measure 24/7 — with human approval gates where it matters.

trigger → agents → approval gate → done

Monitoring & radars

Mentions, competitors, grants, niche opportunities — watched around the clock, scored, delivered as one digest.

the internet → filters → one morning digest

Document automation

Invoices, contracts, records, submissions — parsed, extracted, generated and filed. We've indexed 274k documents in one build.

PDF pile → extracted data → searchable

Dashboards & reporting

Numbers pulled automatically from wherever they hide, assembled into one screen, delivered where you already look.

scattered numbers → one screen → auto-delivered

Accessibility (WCAG)

Audits and remediation for WCAG 2.1 AA — plus our one-script-tag accessibility widget, built for a major portal.

audit → fixes → AA compliant

Something weirder?

If a human does it twice a week, it can probably be a system. Tell us what eats your time.

Real systems, running now

Not mockups. Products with users, traffic, and uptime.

Most of these we designed, built and run ourselves. Every card opens the real thing — go poke at it.

InvArchives — our flagship case live

Content automation

One niche, zero daily effort. We built an autonomous engine that researches the story, writes the article, cuts the reels and publishes them — every single day, unattended. Underneath it: 274,000+ documents indexed, full-text searchable, mapped into an entity graph. The result on a brand-new page, in 90 days:

Behind the scenes

Some systems you can't click. So here's how they work inside.

Not everything we build has a public URL. These run in production — for us and for clients — drawn as honest flow diagrams, numbers included.

The ops autopilot

A product office at a large media house runs on this: agents read the inbox, debrief the meetings, draft the specs, status reports and stakeholder updates — and nothing leaves the system without a human tapping approve. Strict autonomy rules, audit trails, usage budgets.

The agent newsroom

A Discord server where every channel is an AI agent with a job. An orchestrator hands out briefs, writers produce, a QC agent gates quality — and an intelligence agent runs experiments, keeps score and rewrites the strategy files. It gets better between runs, on its own.

The pin factory

Drop a product URL into chat; about a minute later a compliance-checked, locale-matched, affiliate-tagged pin is live. The proactive mode mines trends and price data daily and pre-positions seasonal content weeks before the peak — publish on score, human veto window included.

The discovery radar

Grants, hackathons, market pain-points and brand mentions — watched around the clock by parallel scrapers, normalized and deduplicated by AI, scored against what we actually want, and delivered as one morning digest instead of forty open tabs. We run three of these on ourselves.

The daily paper that writes itself

Every day, the system takes open encyclopedic data about what happened on this date and turns it into fourteen different article formats — including an auto-generated quiz — published on schedule with zero editors on shift.

Now in the lab: a tracker that tells brands whether AI search actually cites them, and a medical-records explainer for patients. Ask us about either.

How it works

Most systems go live in two to four weeks.

Your data, your infrastructure, your accounts. We build it on your ground and hand you the keys.

01

Audit

We map what you do, where the time goes, and the single highest-leverage thing to build first. One call, no fluff.

02

Build

We design and ship the thing — a site, a pipeline, an agent system — in days-to-weeks, with you seeing progress live.

03

Deploy

It goes live on your infrastructure. Your data, your keys, your accounts. You own everything from day one.

04

Automate

Once it runs, we hand more of it to the machine — until the work that ate your week runs itself.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

Can you just build me a website?

+

Yes — that's tier 01, Launch. A fast, beautiful, conversion-focused site shipped in one to two weeks, fixed price. We build it so it can be automated later, but you're never obliged to go further.

What does it cost?

+

Launch projects are fixed-price and start small. Automate is project + a light retainer. Autonomous systems are scoped per build. We give you a real number within 24 hours of the first call — no drawn-out proposals.

We just need an internal tool or a database. Do you do that?

+

Constantly. Half the systems we build start as a spreadsheet that outgrew itself — CRMs, registries, inventory, admin panels. We ship the database, the interface on top, and the automations around it. If a human copies data between two windows, that's a system waiting to happen.

Who owns the system?

+

You do — completely. Everything runs on your infrastructure, your keys and your accounts. There's no lock-in, no black box you can't leave. If we disappeared tomorrow, your system keeps running.

You're only three people. Is that a risk?

+

It's the opposite. You talk directly to the people building your system — no account managers, no hand-offs. AI gives three senior builders the throughput of a much larger team, without the overhead or the telephone game.

Do you actually run this stuff, or just build it?

+

We run it. InvArchives, imaketoday and our own media brands operate on the exact systems we sell. The live ticker on this page is real output from our own machines. We dogfood everything.
